I have a torn lateral meniscus. But even it hasn’t slowed me down. I’m a fighter. Just slower right now & anxious to get through this & PT & hit the gym & back to 5 K runs. I sent you a message on FB. Bless you always. You’re a great supporter for all of us. Keep painting 😊
Thank you very much. Can’t pinpoint in my life when the problems began. I just know 07/27 @ the Morgan Wallen concert it acted up again as usual. This time not being able to be fixed without surgery. I have surgery on 10/23. I tried so hard so many things to still be able to make the trip to Canada & couldn’t. Was devastated but everything happens for a reason & hopefully after the surgery & PT I’ll be back in the gym and running 5Ks again in no time. You all are such a blessing. 🙏
this was fun and helpful thanks for doing these tests for riverside, i should be ready for the after party on the 16th. thank you graham & zach for helping me with my issues on substack, i did everything the two of you said to do my notifications on my phone are all on so i deleted the app and reloaded substack i will see if i get the “push” next time you go live. i appreciate the help.

10/16 I will be here. I have a busy schedule this month but won’t miss my time to enjoy this wonderful group you’ve established within TTHC. I am having surgery but you can beat I’ll be here. Such a great group thank you for your generosity & involvement in those who support you most. I love all these ladies. Was supposed to see everyone in Canada for the fairwell & had bought my ticket , had hotel reservations & flight. Was gonna meet all the wonderful group there. So disappointed I had an injury and couldn’t come & having to have another surgery. Sorry so long a message but I definitely won’t miss another gathering when and if you have one. 🙏I’ve reached out to Irene for the link to help monthly donate to your podcast. I did in Mighty but don’t know if it changed. Have a great night. Zach was very helpful too.

How does one donate to your podcasts since the THC network is no longer operating. I couldn’t find a place to do that it on your web site.
