I truly enjoyed this episode. I loved learning more about kinesiology and the explanation behind the muscle testing. It's also truly inspiring to see a young person who has such a deep love for God and is dedicated to prayer. Paulas passion and devotion are refreshing and uplifting!! 🙏
I am sorry I missed the premiere of this podcast. I really needed my sleep. I find Paola to be a very inspiring person. I would venture to call her the Australian version of Lynette. She says exactly the same things. However, the idea of reincarnation and that you are a victim in this life because you were a perpetrator in a previous life does not resonate with me. It feels like finger pointing and a reckoning on top of the misery of dealing with what was done to you. I don't want to think that way about everyone who has misery in this life.
I have learned a lot from the way she prays. Looking to a candle flame... I try to make a prayer that comes straight from the heart. Words often fall short because they come from the mind. ....
This podcast was very welcome. I am going through a very difficult time with one of my sons and I need some Divine guidance...
Thank you for this beautiful work! 🙏Looking forward to the after party. If I can find my way to Riverside and stay awake until 2 am...
Graham, the podcast was so inspiring..thank you for sharing the conversation, looking forward to continued discussion with the after party. As always, well done and continued blessings!
Your comfortable conversation with Paola was full of interesting ideas, blessings and, for me, a challenge. I have been wrestling with moving forward with something in my life. Last night I prayed for guidance and in a dream I was driving, simply driving. Suddenly a vision of a massive accident with hundreds of trucks blocking the road appeared. Guidance! Thank you, Graham , for the challenge.
Graham…Paula drew me in to her as soon as the podcast started. I was drawn to her experience in kinesiology and a question I would have for her is what if any experience has she had to assisting clients who have nephrology and those like me at 78 who has balance issues both I believed caused by torn Achilles in both ankles several years ago. Immediately following my injury I had physical therapy which consisted of dry needling in both Achilles and strength training. At the time I could barely walk but now I’m able to walk fairly well although my ankles are very weak and my balance is very much compromised.
As far as Paula’s discussion I was so impressed with the leap of faith she took when she left a very well paid job but one which did not give her self fulfillment and comfort with a boss who was abusive of her time and was always intimidating. I felt her pain but felt her joy in having the courage to quit…which has led her to beautiful life she now has helping her clients. She was so inspiring as I was closely drawn to the depths of her discussions about her integrity, authenticity, prayer and relationship with and guidance from God. Her magic painting answer was heartwarming to me as she described the feeling of FREEDOM…just amazing.
Graham as usual you did your work in vetted Paula and actually had two sessions with her before the podcast. You are always so intentional about whom you introduce us to…what a talent and gift you have and just a perfectionist. Thank you.🙏
Now on your challenge. I’ve given your challenge some thought…I seek guidance from God many times during the day and especially at night at bedtime…every night there is a prayer of thanks and gratitude to Him for my abundance in life...for a beautiful life. As to my dreams, they are usually short segments, mostly in color and many times about those I worked with in the past as well as about current life situations. What I have found to be true is that many current life issues I am facing usually either get answered in my dreams or give me guidance the next morning on how to address a situation. Just recently I learned from my older son that he and his wife have decided to divorce which worries me as they have a 17 year old daughter. Because I’m a parent, I wanted to jump in and begin to advise him on how to proceed, next steps so to speak. But I woke up recently from a voice telling me that I should only tell him I was here if he needed guidance. That’s what I have done…and for the better. It appears that he is dealing with his life changing situation in a responsible way. 🙏 Your idea about a “dream journal” is a great one. That will be a new protocol for me to document my dreams and write what feeling I have or lesson learned. Great new approach in life. You always offer amazing wisdom. That is why I love and respect you so much Graham. See you at the After Party tomorrow night.
Don’t feel comfortable with the whatever you did to someone you will reep the same in anothet life . What a coincidence that she talks of her feelings towards eagles , wow .
Thank you Graham. Paola's podcast was wonderful. Graham's sharp questions came out. I felt the kindness of his consideration in his gentlemanly questions. There was a lot to learn from food, tiring food, muscle testing, Jesus, sexual harassment, freedom, eagles, and so on. I wanted to ask about guidance, soul, intuition, and the fear of freedom. I was moved by the mysterious way that beautiful words appeared and influenced the human heart. Could you please meditate again? Thank you. I missed it. I hope there are people who think the same way. I will be careful so that I can participate next time. Thank you for the replay. I sincerely thank you.
Wow Graham, Thank you so much for today's podcast... I thought your solocasts would be the best among all podcasts, but today I saw that you bring more and more to us. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you... Good night...
Thank you to Paola and Graham for this beautiful and partly emotional podcast! It was exciting to listen to Paola's experience of guidance in life! The podcast was very well prepared! I also liked the answer to the magic painting question matching to Graham's beautiful eagle pendant!
This was a great podcast, Graham! I learned a lot and I didn’t want the podcast to end. Watching Paola’s face light up when she was speaking of God and prayer really touched me. Looking forward to the after party.
Graham, thank you for letting me participate in the wonderful podcast, Paola Sellaro, a kinesiology expert. I was impressed, and learned about the fun of learning about muscles and food, healing and intuition. Challenges are food that promote growth, I also learned this word from Graham's poetry collection, I took the courage to try and experience it for the first time. Paola herself has overcome difficulties and stood up, and with her amazing abilities has led many troubled people and saved them from anxiety, she is a person loved by Jesus. Each person has anxiety and confusion, write what you are carrying or what is weighing you down on paper and burn it, and the smoke will lead to liberation, when I read this, I was shocked! I realized, in Japan, we also burn what we have written, believe that the smoke will reach the heavens and listen to our wishes, the words we write will transfer to the paper, if we write anger or fear, the paper will absorb it, so we burn the paper. I was saved by Paola's purification of writing to get it out of my head. A house is a box, it's hard to live in, it's cramped, you feel like you can't breathe, you feel like you can't balance, what is freedom? Paola talked about freedom. Freedom to speak the truth, freedom to listen, think, feel, freedom to choose, freedom that God has given us, freedom is beautiful. This is what I personally thought, but if you affirm that things and small dissatisfactions that happen in your daily life are unfree, your frustration will build up, and you will seek freedom outside. When Graham asked Paola what he would draw on a wall, she answered eagle. I agreed. I want wings. There are restrictions and struggles in the world of birds too. Personally, I thought that freedom can be sought and continued, and the time spent working hard is valuable. I thought that the people who are searching for it should be able to see true freedom, and that what they think is beautiful is surprisingly close. I heard that if you lose reason and common sense, you become blind. Then, it is difficult to find it alone. There is a beautiful freedom in the vast nature, mountains, seas, rivers, and places where living things live, and that is why people continue to seek it without rest. Paola Sellaro's activities resonated with me, and I am truly grateful for her wonderful guidance. Graham, I am truly grateful for the wonderful conversation and sharing of time with us.

Another great and interesting podcast Graham, thank you for the replay looking forward to the after party.🙏🏻
Thank you to Paola and Graham for this beautiful and partly emotional podcast! It was exciting to listen to Paola's experience of guidance in life! The podcast was very well prepared! I also liked the answer to the magic painting question matching to Graham's beautiful eagle pendant!
That was quite interesting that her magic painting was about Eagles, and Graham coincidentally wears an Eagle necklace. It's a lovely necklace.
This was a great podcast, Graham! I learned a lot and I didn’t want the podcast to end. Watching Paola’s face light up when she was speaking of God and prayer really touched me. Looking forward to the after party.

I thoroughly enjoyed this podcast with Paola. So interesting, she is an amazing individual. Graham, I think you have met your match. Love you
This was interesting, I don’t like comparing because we are all unique in our own ways but she definitely reminds me of Lynette in her thought process
Agree
Saw the replay. Interesting. Likeable gal🙏❤️
Tiffany Leah Mathis, I heard that you were injured. Did your surgery go well? How are things going since then? I pray for a speedy recovery. 🙏🙏
