Hi Graham,

Thanks for your newsletter, good to hear your message which I often find inspiring. I live by a very simple word called DAAR:

Discipline, Attitude, Accountability, Responsibility. It allows me to focus on solutions and find the balance between what I want and what I want to give to others and empower them to look ahead all the time.

Thanks again for your contributions to humanity and to society in general

The older I become, the more balanced I become. Wishing I could have self-disciplined like this in my younger years. I have learned to not "react" to "bombshell" news/issues, but rather ponder and ask questions. I had a biology professor back in the 70's who told me to NEVER stop asking questions, ever! Best advice I have ever received (especially from a medical perspective after going through Covid!) . But, I can also be spontaneous and fun. . .relying on my judgment becomes more and more rewarding the older and wiser I get. Relying on my Faith brings me to a peace and calmness, much like the forest does for you. I have learned to love myself and therefore I can love others even though we don't always agree. I thank God for that ability/gift.

Graham, you give all of us promise for the future and I thank you for that. My 22 year old granddaughter was recently going through some tough issues. I had her listen to Lynnette Elinda and you. . . . she listens to that relaxation/meditation podcast often as she works her way through college. The good news is that she has significantly decreased the amount of times she has turned to that podcast. She has learned to self-discipline and deal with how she handles issues, rather than trying to control something that is out of her control. She has learned to love herself so she can look at others with love. And, guess what. . . . for the first time in her life, she voted Republican in our elections but she now believes FREEDOM is the only way forward,

Know you ARE making a difference and God bless you for that Graham. We still have a lot of work to do, but we have the tools to accomplish total FREEDOM!

Thank you so much Graham. Your humility and raw honesty are empowering. You have helped me see where I miss it, where Im too entangled.

I pray and will continue to pray for you. Really we don't want to be your octupi. Please be blessed and free to step back as much as you need to so you can heal and soar.

I LOVE to wander in the forest, or go to the seashore. Whytecliff or Lighthouse Park are amazing. Wandering up Hollyburn(before the snow) gotta be prepared if in the snow, or simply out by back door. Yes, I want to lay on the bare ground more, swing from a hammock, dance freely, shout or blow a horn. But how to balance the ultimate freedom with boundaries for actually accomplishing 'something'. That being said, when I do the above I am then much more perceptive and able to walk in a way that can profoundly touch others.

A favourite verse of mine I have been trying to comprehend and live is from Ephesians. Jesus has already blessed us with EVERY spiritual blessing in the heavenlies. When I live less entangled I know I can access those more freely.

You are loved, you are valuable just because you are!!

Hi Graham. Wishing you the very best and I'm so glad to hear you are doing better.

When you do the road trip through the states, for a fun stop...plan to visit Lancaster County Pennsylvania. I think you'd find many lessons can be learned from the Amish Community in their "slower pace of life". I have learned to know many Amish folks in my 42 years of working in a bank....a lot I call my friends and I'd love to show you around my community.

Graham Hello

Encouraging, what you propose to us... Thank you for this newsletter... I was looking forward to it.

You have no idea how challenging your writing today is for me... I've been tirelessly seeking this balance "Strength x Flexibility ", within me. Flexibility I have in abundance, but strength, I've been looking for it every day. You inspires me to move forward in this quest. I read your poems and in them I find fuel to feed my fire... And also find love in them to feed my soul.

I will always be grateful to have known you, and to be part of this amazing community, which I consider my friends.

Your light comes from the divine...

Your heart is pure love...

Your gaze is a ray of light...

Your smile is the source of wishes...

Sending all my love...

Graham be happy... Infinite blessings ✌️

Hi, lovely people!

In answer to the first question, for me works something like this: chaos in the measured things, spontaneous in the unyielding and free even if constrained. If I start to think of it, probably this is way people perceive me unusual and conflicting at times.:)

Balancing such a life is an acrobatic ability indeed. Sometimes I find myself in freefall, and then I grab the Ungrasping Thread, who puts me back on the tightrope. Is a continuous exercise, that is, but keeping the coin flipped in the air so as to always see both sides while praying that I do is what keeps me balanced.

Thank you for your newsletter. I always look forward to reading it when it comes in my email. I have tried to do some writing again in my life. When I was in high school I did writing a lot even some poetry. Now years later I have gotten away from it being so busy in my life. I have made a time to write again and to listen of what to write about and let it come to me,and It feels very freeing and stress releasing for me. There has been a lot of stress in my life lately. With my strong faith that always helps me through. I have learned through the years is life should be like a river it doesn't worry where it's going it just keeps going with the flow. And always take one day at a time and enjoy the little moments in life because that is so precious to have.May you have a blessed day.

Hi Graham! Thanks for the news letter!! I love reading and listening to your inspiration. It helps me to stay focused on the important things in my life.

To be balanced in my life I pray and let God lead me. That is first and for Most. In order to have balance you have to put God first.

I am determined. I can balance my determination and strength because I trust that the Lord will help me. Life is hard but we have to stay focused on Him and let Him determine our next step. Graham one of my favorite word is perspective. I have to have the right perspective. I love to look a situations and ponder on them and look at all the angels to see what is the best way to change or make the situation better. Sometimes I don't know how to do that so I ask God OK God what do I do here? Whatcha got for me? It may take Him years to answer me but I always get an answer. It may be yes, no, not yet, maybe, you just have to wait. I am not patient Lord. And He says trust me, have faith.

So to answer your question about balance and strength I find my balance and strength in the Lord. I have had to learn self discipline and I have had to learn how to love myself. I have had time learn a lot of lessons in my life. My dad always told me a bought lesson is a learned lesson and I never forgot it.

I am going through a tough time right now! The only thing that gets me through the days and nights is the Lord. He is my strength and my balance.

Graham, I want to thank you! You have touched my heart in so many ways! You have made a bad day so much better. I have tried some of the things you have said, like taking a walk on the beach or in the woods/forest. I love walking the woods and sitting down on stump and just listening to the sounds of the forest. It is so calming listening to the birds singing and thinking and praying is so peaceful. Thank you for that! We have a river here in Arkansas it is the Ouachita river. It was named after the Ouachita Indians. I love to sit on the bank of that river and just be still and know that God is there with me. I wanted to share that with you! You are a person I would love to sit down and share my thoughts and my heart with. Because I think you would understand. Because you are so caring and you have a heart of gold!!!

I want you to know that I pray for you all the time! I prayed when you was going through the burnout situation. I am so glad that you are better and you are back to your self again!! Love you Graham! ❤🤲🏻🙏😇

It is my preference to walk a straight path where I feel in control and in balance with the world that surrounds my being rather than falling off the path into a jumbled forest where I would certainly feel alone, afraid and insecure of my surroundings. I've been there and done that and it was not comfortable . As they say, when in doubt, remain calm and take one step at a time with that leap of faith that all will surely abound to a better and greater reality. Thank you Graham for sharing your thoughts and inspirational poetry. I read your first book, "Find Your Truth", and it was a fascinating read along with your photography and art. work that I had not anticipated.. I am anxiously looking forward to your second book to be just as stimulating .

Graham Hello.

I know your Autumn is ice cold. I'm not used to very low temperatures, because in my region here in Brazil, we don't have snow...Nor cold...

I wrote this poem in the Autumn here in Brazil. I'll send it to you, maybe you'll like it, and warm your heart a little...

Autumn Sky⚜️

It's Sunday, the autumn sky tells me that everything is blue... The cold I feel is not from the body, it's from the soul; The void in my heart drives my senses mad...

I want to warm up...

I want to forget...

My heart cries for an absence, my thoughts fly, my spirit asks for heat...

My body asks for love...

Going crazy in the void of my soul, I see a ray of sunshine, a light on my way...

Maybe it's ilusion, maybe it's real...

I just know that I'll follow it, and who knows, I'll find the LIGHT OF THE YOUR EYES. By India 💙🇧🇷

Sending all my love for you...

Graham be happy .

Infinite blessings 🙏 🙏

The older I get - the more I reflect on “Go with the flow” and “it is what it is”.............

Life is too short to worry about everything. We need to prioritise what is most important to us, our loved ones, our health and happiness and what we can do to make our world a better place.

We can’t change everything in our lives (big or small).

We just have to do our best to make sure we are doing what we can to make our own and others lives a positive.

It’s not always possible to alter the pathway but we can give it a damn good go.
