Navigating New Horizons
Embracing spontaneity, growth in adversity, and authentic human connections
Hello, dear readers!
I hope this newsletter finds you well and aligned with where you are currently at in life.
My name is Cyan and I am excited to be sharing my conversation with Graham with you all. This newsletter contains heartfelt reflections, exciting announcements, and advice from Graham. Let’s dive right in!
A Summer Recap
Road trips, allergies, podcasts, simplifying, and, enjoying life at another level.
Graham’s seasonal allergies have been kicking in full swing this year, so he’s been taking some allergy medication and Quercetin. But as he says,
“I still have that experience of enjoying the the fresh pollen of the season.”
This season has brought changes to the Time Has Come Network. Graham listened to the message that was coming through, made a decision, and is feeling much more clear. We will share more about these changes later in this newsletter.
Graham shares that,
“I’ve really been enjoying my Summer because I’ve been shooting a lot more podcasts. I've had more time to do that, and, that's been fantastic. I’ve also been traveling around Alberta, shooting some podcasts, as well as I did the Bitcoin Rodeo at the beginning of July where I was a moderator and also helped with the technical filming of the event. So that was really fun. I also got to spend time in British Columbia, at my friend's cabin in Sicamous, enjoying some time on the lake. So it's, it's been a great summer so far.”
Upcoming News
Changes to The Time Has Come Network
First up, Graham has made the significant decision to close the current Time Has Come Network platform. It’s a bittersweet moment but also an exhilarating step forward as he transitions his content to Substack. Starting on September 6th (Graham’s birthday!), you’ll find all the new episodes and insightful discussions there. The closure also marks a fresh start, allowing Graham to dedicate more energy to his podcast. This decision was not one that was made lightly; however Graham is feeling aligned and good about the changes.
Poetry Postcard Collection
Graham is in the process of launching a new intimate project—a poetry postcard collection. These postcards feature 5 of Graham’s most popular poems and a QR code on the back that leads to a video of Graham discussing the poem, its creation process, and its meaning. These postcards are not just a piece of art but also an invitation to reflect and connect deeply with the poems' messages. They are perfect for sharing with friends or displaying in your spaces. You can expect them to be available by the end of August or early September on Graham’s online store.
New Podcasts
Graham mentioned on Instagram that his upcoming podcast episodes are some of his favourites. When asked why this is he explains that he’s been enjoying the process of making the podcast more. You can listen to why that is in this video,
Graham shared that his recent podcast episode with Tyrone Morales delved into the themes of pain, suffering, and personal growth. There is also a new podcast coming out later today, at 5:00pm MST, featuring Mark Wiebe. In this episode, Graham and Mark discuss the profound journey of emotional healing and self-discovery. Graham emphasized the importance of challenging times and the contrast between highs and lows in life.
Moving forward, Graham plans to release new podcast content through his Substack page starting on his birthday, September 6th. These upcoming episodes and changes in content distribution reflect Graham's focus on producing meaningful and reflective discussions.
You can listen to Graham’s podcasts on Youtube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify.
Reflections from Graham
Life & Alignment
When I asked Graham if he is currently feeling aligned in his life he said,
“Yeah, I think so. I mean, that's that's the whole that's the whole game. Right? Stay connected, stay aligned, and for me that's it's always kinda moving into the silence. Resting into the stillness, resting in the silence, and just kind of listening. And that what comes up sometimes can be very challenging.”
You can hear more of Graham’s thoughts on his alignment in the video below.
Surrendering to the Flow
One of the most poignant discussions Graham and I had revolved around the power of allowing conversations and life itself to flow naturally. Instead of strictly adhering to a plan, embracing the present moment can bring about unexpected and beautiful outcomes. Surrendering to what is happening right now, rather than being overly focused on success, can lead to a more authentic and fulfilling journey. Graham spoke to this in regards to podcasts, acting, and romantic relationships.
Graham spoke about the unconscious influence of media on our relationships. He said,
“And so I've just been looking at the idea of relationships and how in my own life, whether it be through movies or culture or ideals there are fantasies that I have sort of unconsciously brought into my mind that I'm projecting then onto what I want in a partner. And, and I've just been witnessing that and then sort of, like, letting that go too, to clear myself and to be present with, a real honest and authentic relationship, as opposed to a fantasy of what it should be."
Where do you notice unconscious influences in your life and how are you navigating these expectations?
Gratitude & Growth
This journey of self-discovery and personal growth is ongoing for Graham. It's marked by shedding self-expectations and illusions to find true fulfillment and alignment. The storytelling and podcasting efforts are parts of this journey, bringing joy and surrender to where the conversations lead.

Book Recommendation
The Surrender Experiment by Michael Singer is a book Graham highly recommends for understanding surrender and trust in life’s plan.

With the warm Summer weather, Graham has not been spending much time watching movies. However, he recently watched Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, and said that it was engaging and he enjoyed the topic of AI as it is relevant during our time.

With gratitude and kindness,
Cyan
Thank you Graham for introducing this new way of sharing your thoughts and feelings. I like the questions and answers Cyan put together, along with a short videos incorporated into the format. I know this will be a success in your new endeavors. Cheers!! 🙂
Hi Graham!
Thank you for sharing your new newsletter with us. As I'm a person who needs to chew on some things before embracing them I'll only say now that it was creatively well done. I like reading your words...they flow for me because I've become used to your way of speaking. So reading Cyan's recounts felt a bit different. It will just take me time to adjust I'm sure. But the thought of viewing the entire interview in the future as a founder is exciting.
I am happy you are simplifying your life to fit in relationships, acting and personal life fulfilling activities more. You have taught us these things too. Live in your moments, Graham...you deserve every one of them! Cheers!❤️🙏
