I hope you had a good day today.
Many people have shared with me their recent troubles with sleep. In response, I've created this guided meditation to help you prepare for a good night's rest. This meditation is designed to clear and cleanse your mind and body from the daily experiences and events that may have left an impact on you. Ideally, you should practice this meditation before you get into bed, but if you prefer to be lying down, that will work well too.
As we begin the meditation, we will take a moment to focus on our breath. Allowing ourselves to inhale deeply and exhale slowly, releasing any tension or stress we may be holding onto. We will then visualize a warm, calming light enveloping our body, bringing us a sense of peace and tranquility. Letting go of any worries or thoughts that may be lingering in our minds, and allow ourselves to be fully present in this moment of relaxation.
As we continue to breathe deeply and calmly, trust that our bodies and minds know how to rest and rejuvenate. Giving ourselves permission to let go and surrender to the healing power of sleep.
